1- I accept full payment upfront, or in two installments: half upfront and the other half upon delivery, through PayPal (USD, send me your PayPal email so I can invoice you).
2. No refunds
3- I can take 2-4 weeks to send the sketch. due the queue
4- Please put your @/nickname in the transfer message so I can locate you
5- After I send you the step (sketch, or work in progress) and the step is approved I don't make changes
6- After that, time will depend on the complexity of the artwork and the changes you request
7- By accepting, you agree that you will not use my art in a commercial manner, only personal use, such as posting on social media, profile use, and social media banner.
8- I have All Rights Reserved. that means that if I want, I can post on patreon, sell prints or any other format to monetize my art.
9- Dont use my artwork in any way to feed AI
do not alter my artwork in any way. (don't paint over it, don't put it in filter apps and things like that)
10- I'll send a first sketch for your approval, and a WIP of the color palette and mood. and then the final work.
